Acquedotto Romano Polo Team

FOUNDED IN 2005

The Acquedotto Romana Polo Club has been founded by Italo-American brothers Marco and Massimo Elser and is located at the Via Acqua Felice 27 in Montecompatri, just 30 minutes outside in the western part of the Italian capital and the eternal city Rome.

The club is beautifully situated in the green countryside just outside Rome. As a special feature of the club and witnesses of past times, the preserved ruins of the Roman water pipes, the aqueducts, which gave the club its name, are still clearly visible on the grounds of the polo club. With its excellent full size polo field, the charming club house, stables for a few hundred horses and all its other facilitates the club is a dream and first class address for every polo enthusiasts.

The Acquedotto Romana Polo Club as part of the Roman polo scene is host of various polo tournaments during the entire year including the prestigious Copa Duca d’Aosta, a polo tournament that goes back toe the Italian king.
